Just a reminder that Rippon is a biennial festival and the next one waddles along on Saturday 4th February 2012.

The last Rippon festival was held on Waitangi Day, Saturday 6th February 2010, run by the not-for-profit group Lake Wanaka SouNZ Incorporated. Since 1997, the incorporated society has been providing quality NZ musical entertainment, and has donated over $40000 back into the region.

For the 2010 event, the Lake Wanaka SouNZ Inc crew unanimously voted to donate a dollar per ticket sold to the Samoa Tsunami Appeal.
